Sponsorship Duration
Sponsorship will be effective for one year, following the beginning of sponsorship. Sponsorships may be purchased at any time throughout the year. Sponsorship must be submitted at least 2 months before a show to have their logo featured on show posters, at least 3 weeks before a show to receive advertising space, and at least 2 weeks before a show to receive complimentary tickets. Sponsors will not be pro-rated for loss of these benefits if they do not apply an adequate amount of time in advance of a show. Sponsor may ask that benefits be delayed in order to accommodate maximum benefits within their year of sponsorship.
Goods & Services
Contribution of goods or services may be exchanged for sponsorship on a case-by-case basis. The retail value of the goods or services donated will be counted the same as monetary donations with regards to sponsorship tier eligibility.
Sponsorship Tiers
Platinum Sponsors: $300
- Full-page (5” x 8”), full-color advertisement in our show programs for our annual show (February) and Dancing in the Desert (July) with priority placement.
- Two tickets to each show.
- Special access to annual show dress rehearsal.
- A backstage tour at our annual show.
- Logo prominently displayed on every page of our website, linked directly to website or social media page of sponsor’s choice.
- Logo featured prominently on the Sponsor page of our website, linked directly to website or social media page of sponsor’s choice.
- Logo featured on the Show page of our website, crediting your contribution for helping to make our show possible.
- Logo featured on our show poster to be displayed at various businesses throughout the area.
- Three thank you posts on our Facebook page with a link to website or Facebook page of sponsor’s choice (posts will appear throughout the year. Please let us know if there is a specific time of the year or a special event you would like to be featured).
- An exclusive Sponsor “Swag Bag” featuring a company photograph signed by the Mesilla Valley Dance Eclectic members and Mesilla Valley Dance Eclectic merchandise.
- An attractive digital sponsorship logo file that can be placed on web and print promotions at the sponsor’s discretion identifying sponsor as a proud Platinum Sponsor of Mesilla Valley Dance Eclectic.
- A special thank you with a short message of your choice to be announced before the start of each of our shows.
- 25% discount on graphic design services by Miranda Williams to design a print ad or Facebook post for use in our show program or Facebook page. (Using Miranda’s graphic design services is entirely optional. Some restrictions apply.)
Gold Sponsors: $150
- Half-page (5” x 3.9375”) full-color advertisement in our show programs for our annual show (February) and Dancing in the Desert (July).
- Priority will be given to our Platinum sponsors, but if space allows, logo will be featured prominently on every page of our website.
- Logo featured on the sponsor page of our website, linked directly to website or social media page of sponsor’s choice.
- Two thank you posts on our Facebook page with a link to website or Facebook page of sponsor’s choice (posts will appear throughout the year. Please let us know if there is a specific time of the year or a special event you would like to be featured).
