Seeking 2019 Sponsors
Your sponsorship would help us produce and promote our two annual shows by allowing us to:
Buy costumes from commercial outlets, or purchase materials to produce unique, original costumes designed and made by our members with extensive costume design experience. Purchase props and materials for our shows, many of which are designed and made by our members (and those who love us who also happen to own power tools). Pay for any printing and advertising expenses used to promote our shows. Advance our mission of expanding learning, performance, and choreography opportunities to post-high school dancers of all levels of experience.
The Dance Eclectic is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. As such, all sponsorship donations are tax-deductible.
Money Isn’t Everything
Contribution of goods or services may be exchanged for sponsorship on a case-by-case basis. We are always grateful for photographers, costumers, printers, carpenters, and hardware/lumber stores who can help us meet our production and promotion needs by donating materials and services. Other sponsors have, in the past, hosted fundraisers on our behalf, or donated items for opportunity drawings. If you have means other than financial in which you can support The Dance Eclectic, we still want to hear from you, and are overjoyed for any help that we can get!

- A digital sponsor logo file that can be placed on your website or printed out identifying you as a Prima Sponsor of the Eclectic.
- A short message of your choice to be announced before the start of each of our shows.
- 25% discount on graphic design services by Miranda Williams to design an ad for our show program. (Optional. Some restrictions apply.)

- Half-page, color ad in both of our annual show programs.
- Priority will be given to our Platinum sponsors, but if space allows, your logo will be featured prominently on every page of our website.
- Your logo featured on Sponsor and Show pages of our website.
- Two thank you posts on our Facebook page (posts appear throughout the year).
- A digital sponsor logo file that can be placed on your website or printed out identifying you as a Gold Sponsor of the Eclectic.
- Exclusive Sponsor Swag Bag featuring a signed company photograph and Mesilla Valley Dance Eclectic merchandise.
- 15% discount on graphic design services by Miranda Williams to design an ad for our show program. (Optional. Some restrictions apply.)
